How long will it take to receive a quote on an order I have submitted?

We respond to request for quotes within one business day.

How long will it take to manufacture my speciality envelopes?

Depending on the complexity of your physical and creative design and the delivery destination, it could take up to four (4) weeks from receipt of artwork. Please contact us to discuss further.

Do you manufacture speciality envelopes that vary from standard sizes and styles?

Yes. We can manufacture custom sized envelopes subject to manufacturing capabilities. Please contact us to discuss sizing and styles.

Can my speciality envelopes be manufactured with different paper?

Yes. Tell us your requirements. If we do not have the paper in stock, we can usually source it. Please note some paper types are not suitable for manufacturing envelopes, and our maximum gsm is 150.

Are there any restrictions on envelope window sizes and position?

Yes. These are determined by Australia Post and manufacturing requirements. Please contact us to discuss further.

What is the maximum number of colours I can have on my speciality envelopes?

We specialise in CMYK and Spot Colour, and have the capability to accommodate specialty print applications.

What type of seals can I use on my speciality envelopes?

Lick ‘n Stick (PVA) and Peel ‘n Seal.

What does “secretive” mean?

“Secretive” is a pattern printed on the inside of an envelope to ensure that the contents of the envelope cannot be read through the envelope.

Can I get a die line to set up my artwork?

Yes. We have standard die lines, or you can ask for a special die for custom envelopes.

What size and format should my final artwork be in?

We prefer high resolution PDF files. We cannot accept RGB format.

Where are my speciality envelopes manufactured?

Our envelopes are manufactured at our state of the art facility in Preston, Victoria. We have 17 envelope production lines where we specialise in stock, overprinted and custom made envelopes. This facility employs more than 100 people and produces over two billion envelopes per year.

The papers that are manufactured in Australia are carbon neutral and certified under the Australian Government’s National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS). Many of the envelopes we manufacture are made with up to 100% post-consumer recycled paper.
